Some members will have noticed the appearance of green “blobs” on and around the course.

These are as a result of a full Course Re-Measure which took place on 5th September.

At the time of this re-measure, we took the opportunity of checking and re-marking the correct locations for the 100 yards and 150 yards to the green markers.  At the same time, on a number of appropriate holes, we took the opportunity of making a 200 yard mark.

For the elimination of doubt, these markers are “to the front of the green”.

Finally, you will also see a green “blob” on each of the Yellow tees.  These have been marked at the correct location to correspond with the length of the hole from the yellow tee….which for some reason was never done before.
