As you know, Douglas Park Golf Club relies on volunteers to fill the many roles on Main and Sub-committees which allow us all to enjoy our golf and social events at Douglas Park.

The more people that are involved, the more that can be done and the less there is for each volunteer to do.

The following specific positions on Main Committee will fall vacant at the AGM in January 2015, and currently there are no nominations to fill these posts.

Additionally, volunteers are sought to join the Sub-Committees for House, Course, Marketing and Gents’ Match.

Anyone involved with these sub-groups does not need to attend main Committee and any time they can give would be much appreciated.

If any member is interested in becoming more involved in the successful running of our club, they should contact any of the current Committee, or the Secretary, to find out more information on what is involved.
