As you will be aware, there have been issues around the use of BRS for forward booking of competitions. The Committee have decided that the system does not meet the requirements for competitions at Douglas Park and will no longer be used for this.

ON-LINE
For on-line competition bookings, members should now use the Howdidido facility.

You can register for this on http://www.howdidido.com   Then select the login or register option. As many members are already registered for this to obtain their competition results and track their handicap, it is hoped that this is not a major task. Registration requires your email and you set your own password.

Once registered you should select “My Clubs” from the right hand menu,  and then “Start Sheets” from the left hand menu. This will then show what competitions are available for you, and when selecting them you will go into a screen exactly the same as that used on the Touchscreen prior to BRS being installed. (eg last season).

For Ladies – Medal 4 on 12th June is available.

For Gents – the next competition to go live for booking is the Alan J Thom on 22nd  May for 20th June competition. The medal on 30th May is fully booked.

TOUCHSCREEN
Forward booking of competitions is via the BOOKING button which shows on each member’s home page. This is the same as it was prior to BRS.

BRS FOR MEMBERS’ OWN BOOKINGS
The BRS on-line system will still be used for members’ own tee time bookings. The option to also make these bookings via the Touchscreen has been removed. For those with no on-line access, their bookings can be made via the Pro’s shop as usual.
