This week 2 events for the Solheim Cup official charity Action for Children at Douglas Park

A 9 hole shotgun event was held on Thursday with 33 participants and Paula Galloway the winner with 19 points and receiving a 4 ball at Dunblane New Golf Club and an invitation to play in a final event at Cawder Golf Club in September.

In conjunction a raffle has been run for a pair of tickets for the final day at the Solheim Cup and the winner was Fiona Rattray.

In total £ 225 was raised. Thanks to all those who participated.
