The season got off to a cool, breezy but sunny start on Saturday with 124 players taking part over the 2 shotgun events

The day kicked off with a full field for the Camel Trophy and the victors were Tom Adams and Steven Skelly with a magnificent 45 points.

In the afternoon match Captain Dunipace’s team came out victorious over Immediate Past Captain Robert’s team 8 matches to 5.

Thanks to Past Captain Alistair Forrest for organising a successful event.

The day finished off with an excellent evening buffet and the presentation to George of his Past Captains badge from the Club and tie from the Past Captain’s Society presented by Past Captain Alistair Beattie.
