Passing Of Former Dpgc Professional Elliot Rowan

We received news today that Elliot Rowan , the DPGC professional from 1966  to 1971  had passed away in Dundee on Tuesday 23 February.  Now retired Elliot, an honorary member of the PGA since 1996,  worked in England, Germany, Holland and throughout Scotland during his lengthy career.
